Brie Larson

BrieBrianne Sidonie Desaulniers (born October 1st 1989), known professionally as Brie Larson is an American actress. Known for her supporting roles in comedies when she was a teenager and has since branched out to leading roles in independent films as well as blockbusters. Larson is the recipient of various accolades which include the Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award. Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential individuals in the world in 2019.At age 6, Larson was the youngest student accepted into a training program at the American Conservatory Theater, and she started her acting career in 1998 by performing the comedy sketch of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. After her appearance in Raising Dad in 2001, Larson briefly pursued a musical career. The album Finally out of P.E. was her first release. In 2005. Larson was later seen in parts in comedy films Hoot (2006), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) as well as 21 Jump Street (2012) and was a sardonic teenager in the television show United States of Tara (2009-2011).Her breakthrough was when she landed a lead role in the acclaimed independent drama Short Term 12 (2013) in which she would perform supporting roles in the romantic comedy The Spectacular Now (2013) and the comedic Trainwreck (2015). In the role of a kidnapping victim in the dramatic Room (2015), Larson received the Academy Award for Best Actress. After the 2017 adventure film Kong. Skull Island, Larson was the first major-budget film to be released. In the year 2019, she played Captain Marvel in Marvel Cinematic Universe.
