Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a professional athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. As a teenager she earned her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows in the year she turned 16. A year later, at the age of 17 when she was 17, she earned her pro card. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in prestigious competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued competing for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. She took home four other fitness awards by the end of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. In October 2015, she competed again to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she was named the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The following month she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded 6th place within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was thrilled about her achievement. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel will also make the most of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to 4 supersets with 10-12 reps is her thing.
